By Shifting the bedrooms to the first floor, we free the second floor of restrictive program, allowing for an open space made notable by the windows that frame the landscape beyond.
A straight stair connects the levels. On the east side of the stair is a narrow kitchen.
Downstairs in the Master Bedroom.
The bedroom opens out to the ground floor patio.
Behind the Master Bedroom a large dressing area that connects the two bedrooms.
Wet room.
Second bedroom is a bit monastic, but works.
